Steering Assemblies The finest competition steering assembly available. All steerings are manufactured from heat treated aluminum alloy castings. Shafts and gears are made from aircraft alloy steel and heat treated for maximum strength. Ball bearings are used throughout, including the self-aligning bearing on the column shaft. Steering assemblies are available with several column lengths or sector shaft lengths to fit your individual requirements. The gear ratio is either 6:1 or 8:1 with a choice of right or left hand gears.

C dimension: Standard sizes 6 to 15 inches in 1 inch increments or spline 3/4x48 for boat applications
L dimension: Standard sizes 8 to 15 iinches in 1 inch increments.
